    题名: 從組織氣候探討社會福利組織轉型為社會企業可行性之研究―以伊甸基金會為例

    摘要: 本研究旨趣在於從組織氣候的角度探究非營利組織轉型社會企業的可行性,並以伊甸基金會底下的四個事業處為研究對象,採混合研究方法進行結合質性及量化的研究。質性研究係透過文獻回顧、資料蒐集、深度訪談、觀察等方法,了解四個事業處目前的營運狀況、組織氣候,並建構描述此類社會企業的特徵架構,進一步找出對此架構具有高度支持力的組織氣候構面。量化研究則以問卷調查方式進行,發出286份問卷,回收率97.55%,樣本有效率達89.61%。經由描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本T檢定等分析方法,了解研究對象在不同組織氣候構面上的表現。最後結合質性研究和量化研究的研究結果,發現在「組織核心價值」、「發展方向」,和「責任」此三構面上,四個事業處的評價並無顯著的不同,顯示研究對象在發展社會企業所需具備之社會面的「有強烈的公益使命」此一特徵,以及「參與治理」此一面向已具備相當的條件。然而,在「執行層面」此一構面上,視障服務處的評價最高;在「結構」此一構面上,交通服務事業處的評價最高;在「獎酬」和「風險」此兩構面上庇護事業處的評價最高;顯示出不同事業處在不同組織氣候構面上呈現出不同的特性。整體而言,本研究認為視障服務處和交通服務事業處對於朝向社會企業發展此一策略方向具有較高的信心,或許是組織在思考轉型社會氣業時,可優先考量的事業單位。
