    摘要: 本文主要目的在於回顧臺灣運動團隊文化之相關研究，進行檢視與整理，本研究根據過去文獻與實證研究，將運動團隊文化研究類型分為：運動團隊文化價值觀之調查研究、運動團隊文化、團隊承諾與團隊滿意等研究議題進行討論。從各研究發現，運動團隊文化的奮鬥、服從、團隊及奪標四個價值觀取向與兩性文化、自信心、運動動機、團隊承諾及團隊滿意度等議題，皆能夠清楚的描繪、解釋及應用在各個運動團隊當中。最後，本研究希望透過文獻探討與分析的結果，提供對於運動團隊文化研究之同好更多的瞭解，並建議未來運動團隊文化可能的研究方向。
    The main purpose of this paper is to review Taiwan sports team culture related research, inspection and finishing, according to this study the past literature and empirical research that types are divided into sports team culture research: investigation of sports teams and cultural value concept, sports team culture, team commitment and team satisfaction research topics for discussion. From the research found that sports team culture of struggle, obedience and teamwork and NRL four value orientations and gender cultural, self-confidence, motivation, team commitment and team satisfaction issues, can have a clear description, interpretation and application of the various sports teams. Finally, the results of this study hope that through discussion and analysis of literature, provide more understanding for sports teams and cultural research on the obsessive, and recommended that future possible research direction of sports team culture.
