    摘要:  細胞凋亡或計劃性細胞死亡是為了調控細胞生理恆定的一項重要機制。足球運動員從事中強度運動行為時,有氧運動會導致肌肉細胞及血球細胞發生細胞凋亡現象。目前,急性運動引發細胞凋亡的機制或生理意義目前不是十分清楚。研究顯示,急性運動引發細胞凋亡是一種調節人體內生理環境並藉以清除損傷細胞以避免發炎反應的機制。此外,急性運動後常導致周邊血液單核細胞的數量減少,然而此發生機制亦不清楚。研究目的:利用annexin V染色法以及流式細胞分析儀技術檢測國內大專男子足球隊球員 (實驗組,n=15) 進行80分鐘單場全場比賽前後,血液中周邊血液單核細胞發生細胞凋亡現象之變化。結果顯示所有足球隊球員於比賽後其周邊血液單核細胞於0或24小時之體外培養時間點細胞凋亡發生百分比均較實驗組比賽前與控制組 (n=15) 有顯著的增加 (P<0.001)。另外,結果顯示以anti-CD95以及腫瘤壞死因子刺激細胞凋亡模式的試驗證實外給凋亡刺激效應對比賽後的周邊血液單核細胞進行細胞凋亡現象較具敏感性 (P<0.001)。結論:從事80分鐘中強度足球比賽後,周邊血液單核細胞會有細胞凋亡現象的發生。這樣的結果將可解釋急性運動造成循環中周邊血液單核細胞數目減少的可能機制。
    Apoptosis or programmed cell death is a process of essential importance for regulation of intracellular and physiological homeostasis. Cell apoptosis in muscle cells and blood cells by aerobic exercise usually showed in soccer players with intermediate-intensity exercise. However, it remains unclear in acute exercise-induced cell apoptosis. It is speculated that acute exercise-induced apoptosis is a regular process that serves to remove damaged cells without an inflammatory response and regulate the intracellular microenvironment. There are no well-defined mechanisms on acute exercise-decreased the number of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The aim of this study was to examine the induction of PBMCs underwent apoptosis in college soccer players (n=15) before or after 80 min of a full game by using annexin V staining followed by flow cytometric analysis. After the post-game at the time point of 0 or 24 h-post incubation in vitro, there was a significant increase (P<0.001) in the percentages of apoptotic cells present in all players than in control group (n=15). Furthermore, the susceptibility of anti-CD95- or TNF-mediated cell apoptosis in 24 h-post-cultured PBMCs were increased (P<0.001) in college players after the game. In conclusion, intermediate-intensity of soccer exercise such as a full 80 min game may cause apoptosis in PBMCs. These findings suggest the possible mechanisms on the loss number of circulating PBMCs during acute exercise.
