    Abstract: 都市綠地被視為是半自然地區(Jim and Chen, 2003),在都市土地被建築、道路等覆蓋的情形下,都市中的綠地扮演著平衡生態環境的重要角色。同時都市綠地也被視為是都市中最後殘餘的自然地區(Beatley, 2000)。在環境層面,綠地可淨化空氣、降低噪音、減緩都市熱島效應以調整微氣候;在生態層面,有保護生物多樣性、提供生物棲息地的功能;在景觀層面,綠地可阻隔相互衝突的土地使用、提升都市化地區環境空間美質效果;在社會層面,綠地可提供休閒遊憩與文化交流空間、助於人類心理上的舒適、身體上的健康。由上述可知綠地在都市中的重要功能與價值,Chiesura (2004)即指出綠空間已成為都市地區生態永續之重要評估指標。在快速都市化下,人與自然逐漸分離的情形下,綠地在都市中的重要性與日俱增。然而台灣地狹人稠,都市地區工商業急速發展下,土地大多被建築物、道路等覆蓋,都市中之綠化空間逐漸減少。 過去在都市土地利用變遷研究上多探討土地利用變遷的情形與其驅動力,亦或對未來土地利用變遷做模擬,然而其中未有關注在綠地的變化趨勢與建地間的互動關係,以及在不同區域下的變化差異。另外,過去在資料應用上多採用遙測衛星影像圖,然而其精確度與土地利用分類上仍存在限制性(Pauleit et al., 2005)。故本研究採用國土利用調查之資料,藉由景觀指數之計算方法,看台北都會區綠地之變化趨勢,綠地與建成地之混合情況如何?綠地是否有被侵入之情形?並分別看在市中心、外圍與郊區之土地利用變化差異,就其變化情形探討影響土地利用變遷的主要驅動因素為何?進而探討綠地變遷對環境(溫度、空氣品質等)之影響,以做為未來政府規劃之參考。
    The concept of sustainable development has been applied in cities. Urban green space plays an important role to enhance sustainability of city, including environment, ecology, landscape and society aspects. Under rapid urbanization, green space decline rapidly. Environmental impact brings from land use change has been accumulated from individual to global area. However, there was neither research paid attention on interactions between green space and built up area, nor on of change on different areas. This research use GIS, landscape metrics, CLUE-s model to investigate green space change trend and interactions among different land use type in Taipei metropolitan area between 1955 and 2006, and analyze possible reasons causing green space change. Furthermore, the relationship between urban green space change and environment quality change will be analyzed.
