    Abstract: 成熟的市場裡的機會:近期演變旅遊業的評估
As the travel industry becomes more and more saturated, many companies are faced with a highly competitive environment; hypercompetition. This paper analyzes how travel agencies have been using certain strategies to survive in a hypercompetitive environment. This paper uses a case study method through interviews to observe three different travel agencies on the strategies they use and how well aligned they are with theoretical statements that guide on how to survive in a hypercompetitive environment.
