    Abstract: 由於西班牙殖民，西屬美洲分裂爲歐洲（半島人、克里歐佑人、麥士蒂索人）與非歐洲（印歐非婚生、印第安人、黑人）兩大族群社會。從殖民到獨立，本文透過觀察西屬美洲的歷史進程，尤其關注血統、語言、思想模式全然歐化的西屬美洲人，從認同西班牙到認同美洲，從獨立前的「我們的美洲」概念，到獨立後「麥士蒂索」美洲的認同變化。回溯16世紀到19世紀美洲西班牙人的認同轉化，檢視拉丁美洲集體認同的產生與多元文化認同的建構歷程，並推論抽離外來殖民所形成的「政治統一」，西屬美洲獨立成十多個國家的必然性。
    As result of the Spanish colonization, Latin American society appears and divides en several ethnic groups: European, Creoles, mestizos, and Indian natives. These mention ethnic groups have their own culture, and base on the political resources control, the ethnic groups also can be considered as social classes. In the colonial period, those European who came from Spain kingdom were the privilege class, they controlled the political resource and were faithful to their mother country in Europe. However, those Creoles, who born in Hispano-America with parents European, although lived in good social condition but they were political minority. Through the political right fighting process, the creoles start pay attention on the life atmosphere in colonial territory. Cross the independence movements, the Latin America Spanish realize their real condition and start to form a new identity which is different from their European ancestors. This article is trying to review the historical collective identity of the Spanish American during sixteen to nineteen century. The origin of the idea of "Nuestra America" (our America) and the transformation of the collective identity of the Spanish American are the centre focus of the study.
