Abstract:	本文主旨在於分析陳亮經學的特色，以及陳亮如何以經學的角度來看相關議題。就陳亮看來，經是載道之書，由經通史，重在因時應變，是陳亮一貫的立場。這個立場也影響了陳亮與朱熹的王霸之辨，陳亮與朱熹所論多有不合，朱熹重三代天理，批判漢唐人欲；陳亮則認為漢唐雖不如三代美善，但仍有道可觀，不可全部抹殺，是以二人所論，頗有不同。然細觀朱熹與陳亮的差異，正是因為他們看待經史的角度不同所致，本文即是以陳亮的經學為出發點，來探討這些問題。 The main objective of this paper is to analyze the meanings and characteristics of Chen Liang’s perspective on the Xin-Xue. To Chen Liang, Xin-Xue is the book of dao (truth) which could help people understand history. Therefore, studying the Xin-Xue becomes a metaphorical way to live with one’s time harmoniously. I would argue that such philosophy could be the major reason separating Chen Liang from Zhu Xi when it comes to the studies of the Xin-Xue and its relationship with the history.
