Abstract: | 本論文研究將專注在健康熟齡族的健康照護服務設計,參考顧客驅動價值共創的服務設計方法與服務系統理論進行研究,分析健康照護的ecosystem有哪些不同的參與者,導入服務導向邏輯的設計概念,辨識服務系統的操作性資源,賦予系統運作的”互動”模式,建構價值驅動的顧客價值共創模式。本研究的服務設計議題定義為「如何創造社區年長者的健康愉悅生活新體驗」,我們從觀察老人健康管理背後真正的動機,藉此討論分析以找出背後原因的需求洞見,據此發展以人為中心並真正符合使用者需求的創新服務,設計思維上會朝向社區老人如何利用自我健康管理與持之以恆的運動,讓生活的品質提升以創造更美好快樂的生活。 The thesis will focus on the healthcare service design for healthy and mature people referencing Customer-Driven Value Co-Creation model and Service System methodology to conduct the research. The above model mentioned can be constructed by defining the partners of the ecosystem, introducing the concept of Service Dominant Logics, identifying operants within the service system then embedded operants with well design interactions. The service design problem defined in the thesis is “How can we create a healthy and pleasant lifestyle with new experience in communities”. We try to analyze for finding the users insights based on our observation on the needs of healthcare for elderly. In terms of the insights we will develop innovative services with human-centered which truly meets user demands. For improving lifestyle, we will design services via design thinking methods for elderly to keep them motivated for managing health and keeping exercise by themselves. After that, the services can really help elders to improve the quality of life in order to create a better and happy lifestyle. |
