    Abstract: 臺灣正開始推動「未來想像與創意人才培育計畫」,推動過程中教育實踐者最常提出五大問題:1.為什麼要想像未來?2.未來趨勢又是如何?3.如何想像、思考或創造未來?4.國際上有沒有參考案例?5.這計畫要怎麼做?本文嘗試回答這五大問題,分析為什麼「我們有沒有未來」是人類的終極關懷;指出未來趨勢雖然很難預測,但從教育觀點來看,抓對問題比正確預測更重要。至於如何想像、思考或創造未來,本文因應不同教育階段的學習者適合不同的方式與策略,提出以下九種策略:創意想像、條件思考、系統思考、未來思考、未來導向之故事敘說、趨勢預測、電腦模擬、未來導向的樣品實作、未來導向的問題解決等。國際上已有許多教育機構或計畫在推動培育想像力、創造力與未來思考力,臺灣的「未來想像與創意人才培育計畫」也鎖定相似的目標,並設定七大議題融入課程,展開六項行動計畫支持基礎教育到終身教育,期望協助師生發揮想像力共創美好未來
