    Title: 企業技術特性與新產品發展績效相關之研究

    Abstract: 根據79家機械、電子、化工等不同廠商的技術特性與新產品發展績效之調查，本研究發現以下結果：1)受訪廠商可根據其新產品開發數之多寡、與新產品銷售額佔總營業比例之高低，區分為兩個不同（即高、低）績效羣體。2)高、低新產品發展績效草，在研究發展(R & D)的主要推動力量、R & D的主要活動項目、設計與裝配的技術來源、R & D的組織方式、R & D與其他部門溝通、外銷比例等方面，有顯著的不同。3)高、低新產品發展績效羣，與其主要產品的生命週期，所屬產業別，無顯著的差異。
