Abstract:	本書以探討教育行政領域主要理論與模式為主。首先從鉅觀的角度，依次敘述理性、自然、開放、非均衡四種模式之相關教育行政理論。其次，再以微觀的角度，分析教育組織之權力、衝突、動機、領導、溝通、決策、變革等相關理論與研究。本書體例完備，每章均附有個案研究，以供讀者在閱讀理論之餘，進行實務上的探討。教育行政理論汗牛充棟，作者在揀選歸納後，以符合華人國情的角度寫出。全書敘述生動，層次井然有序，具有極高之可讀性，其中對於新興發展之理論多有所蒐集分析。初學或進修者，均可依其需求而有所獲益，為教育行政研究領域別出機杼之學術著作。
