    Abstract: 「結構化軟體需求與物件」是一本研究性和實務性並重的英文著作，本書分為八項重點：(1)螺旋式系統分析流程，(2)箱型結構資料和物件分析，(3)箱型結構程序和函式分析，(4)軟體需求分析語言與規格書，(5)系統分析集合數學模式，(6)功能性及非功能性需求分析驗證，(7)實驗和實證研究在需求分析上的應用，以及(8)物件導向需求分析方法的比較。本書對於軟體系統需求分析方法，有詳細的描述和說明，並且提出軟體需求分析的要素和元件、最新的集合數學方法，以及產生可驗證的系統需求規格資料。箱型結構系統是IBM零缺點軟體測試的系統分析方法，無塵室軟體測試方法。就模式、方法、和技術三個層面來看，本書適合大專院校和研究所等資訊相關系所，作為開設「軟體需求分析」、「系統分析和設計」、「軟體工程」和「需求工程」等課程的教科書和參考書，亦為資訊軟體專業人士在開發資訊系統專案時非常適用之工具書。
