The findings are as follows:(1)profit sharing and employee stock ownership plans have no influence on organizational citizenship behavior; (2)employee participation in decision-making has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (3)organizational justice, distributional justice and procedural justice are mediators between employee participation in decision-making and organizational citizenship behavior; (4)organizational commitment, affective commitment and continuous commitment are mediators between employee participation in decision-making and organizational citizenship behavior; (5)job satisfaction, intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction are mediators between employee participation in decision-making and organizational citizenship behavior; (6)psychological ownership is a mediator between employee participation in decision-making and organizational citizenship behavior. This study would provide professional managers with significant insights in forging the incentive mechanisms and processes that stimulate employees’ organizational citizenship behaviors.
