    Abstract: 比利時多元分歧的社會結構,造成多黨林立的態勢。本文擬探討比利時在多元分歧的社會結構下,多黨競爭對日後聯合內閣組成的影響。經由本文研究,我們發現比利時多元分歧社會的政黨競爭受到制度上的約束,使其無法像其它歐陸國家的政黨隨心所欲地尋找聯合內閣的夥伴,而面對語言上的「種族-文化分歧」,比利時各政黨菁英間的妥協和共識,促使比利時聯合內閣在多元分歧的社會結構之下,又能達到某種程度的穩定性。
