    Abstract: 中醫醫療糾紛發生頻率逐漸提高，中醫師之風險管理意識與日俱增，醫師業務責任保險遂成中醫師所關切之重點。本研究旨在探討中醫師醫療糾紛處理經驗、風險管理措施及對醫責險之看法，並提出建議。本研究針對全國五千餘位中醫師實施問卷調查，並在北中南三區舉辦座談會，發現如下：（1）中醫醫療糾紛盛行率約為10.2%；（2）解決方式以私下和解居多，而病家非理性抗爭與不熟悉糾紛處理管道乃糾紛處理時之主要困難；（3）醫療糾紛經驗之有無，於風險自我評估、糾紛來源之看法上有顯著差異；（4）中醫師心目中理想之糾紛解決方式，仍以請保險公司及公會協助為主；（5）目前保單內容、服務、專業度與保障限額無法滿足中醫師之實際需求，影響其購買醫責險之意願。
