    Abstract: There is an opportunity in Taipei, Taiwan to open and operate an innovative successful fitness center strictly for men. The focus of the fitness center is the urban professional man who has a very active life and limited time to spend on fitness. We also focus on men who are looking for a fitness environment that is focused on their unique needs.
    Jacob Huang, Teerasit Songtis and Eric Yang recognize this opportunity and have decided to go forward with their new company named 45-Minute All Men Weight Management & Strength Training Fitness House. The company will penetrate the market in the business of health and fitness, personal training and nutritional counseling. Jacob Huang, Teerasit Songtis and Eric Yang also recognize the opportunities for offering state of the art training programs with modern equipment, the latest fitness information and nutritional supplements as well as a courteous and knowledgeable staff of certified trainers. 45-Minute All Men Weight Management & Strength Training Fitness House will serve its areas of the fitness business working to make its operations more productive while at the same time controlling expenses.
    45-Minute All Men Weight Management & Strength Training Fitness House will be located in Taipei area. This area is upscale and affluent and has a number of fitness clubs, but none that serve men only. Currently, there are over 2 million residents living in Taipei City area.1 This business plan will show the components that make up and accomplish this exciting business venture. This business is based on two vital components:
    1. Excellent management that has a mastery of choosing the right product and the right service at the right time with a mastery of knowing what its total market is and how to keep gaining a greater share of that market.
    2. Providing an excellent product or service that is not only well accepted now but also whose acceptance and use will continue to grow at an accelerated rate into the future.
    45-Minute All Men Weight Management & Strength Training Fitness House will coordinate worker productivity with increasing market demand to ensure continued company growth and development. Its approach emphasizes the individual participation of every employee and member of this organization and the total process of building the company to acquire an ever-increasing market share. 45-Minute All Men Weight Management & Strength Training Fitness House realizes that this is an ideal time to establish this business in this growing industry and move forward in a steady progression over the next few years.
