Abstract:	在企業的創新過程中，消費者與其他關係人扮演的角色越來越重要；如何將外部的知識與技術導入組織內，並透過交流創造出新的市場機會與未來發展方向，已成為現今最重要的議題。但在開放式創新的不同階段中，「雙向交流」階段目前仍無合適的工具，使得各個過程難以前後連貫，無法發揮創新構想的最大效益。為此，研究團隊希望能建立一線上平台，協助台灣企業將其客戶與關係人導入組織的創新過程中。本文將說明「集體創新協奏平台」（Creative Concerto Platform）如何填補開放式創新的「雙向交流」階段之工具缺口，連結概念彙整與檢選間之斷層，協助企業與外部關係人協同合作，在短時間內產出大量創意構想與方案，並以2012年所執行的兩個案例具體說明CCP的創意激盪過程與輔助分析功能，提出未來可能的應用方向。
