    Abstract: 研究發現,台灣地區名之為“部分工時”的工作,有著工時過長、工作時段不確定、工作穩定性低的特質,因此部分工時型態,無法有效緩和勞工所面臨的家庭與工作的困境;其次,部分工時工作具有雙面性,在提供更多就業機會的同時,也可能是個陷阱,特別對女性而言,因為部分工時工作的勞動條件低劣,社會安全保障不足,且回復全職的機會有限;更嚴重的是,部分工時工作撼動不了傳統性別規範,致使女性仍承擔主要的家庭照顧責任,且經濟依賴的處境仍持續存在,女性的從屬地位亦無翻轉的可能。
