    Title: 台灣私人銀行產業之發展探討

    Abstract: 私人銀行作為財富管理中，高資產客戶的專屬服務已經行之有年，但由於私人銀行首重客戶隱私，因此，除非為私人銀行從業人員，或是其客戶，往往難以一窺其神秘面紗，同樣的也使得這方面的研究文獻十分匱乏。
    本研究透過與五家私人銀行之高階主管問卷訪談的方式，整理歸納出我國私人銀行發展的概況，並針對其優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅進行分析，最後對各家私人銀行之未來發展給予建議。
    透過歸納，發現經歷了數十年的發展，私人銀行正朝跨領域業務整合發展，以往只進行私人財富管理的私人銀行，正積極將客戶的家族理財，事業發展規劃，甚至對公開市場融資、募資等服務加入業務，以加強和客戶間之關係緊密程度。此外，本研究亦發現台灣之私人銀行存在大者恆大之現象，其原因在於品牌優勢、客群經營、以及財富顧問的培養上，領導品牌皆擁有先進優勢，使得後面加入的競爭者難以有發展空間；而透過分析，本文將對不同的私人銀行給予發展建議。
