    Abstract: 派生語「~化」在日漢兩語的文章裏使用頻度極高,且其語彙結構、意義特徵在兩語之間也具有相當程度的對應關係,但不可否認的在意思和用法方面也存在不少差異性。本研究作為日漢語變化表達法研究的一環,從型態、意義、句法結構的觀點探討派生語「~化」的意義特徵及用法。探討的重點分下列3 點:1)「~化」的語彙結構及意義特徵2)「~化」的自他性3)日漢語「~化」的對應關係相信透過兩種語言間的類似點和差異點的對比分析,必能將「~化」的語法、句法結構及意義特徵釐清,對相關的語法研究和教學有所助益。
    The aim of this study attempts to make a comparison betweenJapanese and Chinese languages, concerning the derivational suffix~Ka(“become / make X”)from the viewpoint of morphology, semanticsand syntax. The main discussion includes:1) The morphological structure and the special meaning of such category2) The intransitive and transitive uses about “~Ka”3) The correspondence on “~Ka” between Japanese and ChineseI firmly believe the conclusions resulting from this study will beable to make some contributions to theory/application in contrastiveanalysis between Japanese and Chinese, and even to the strategies ofsecond language teaching.
