    Abstract: 本文透過以A個案公司為例,來分析觸控面板產業環境及產業鏈,並針對其外部競爭態勢以及本身的競爭優勢,提供個案公司在觸控產業鏈上作適當的策略布局。本文首先針對國內外相關供應鏈管理文獻進行探討,透過資料收集、分析,了解企業經營的主要模式以及供應鏈管理的相關策略。再經由深度訪談的方式,結合蒐集到的個案公司之相關資訊,探討該個案公司的經營策略,以及如何透過供應鏈整合來取得及維持公司的競爭優勢。

    本文以個案研究方式為主要的研究架構,選擇觸控面板產業中的台灣著名企業作為個案公司,透過研究產業鏈及競爭分析以及商業模式之相關資料,採取以訪談為主的質性研究方式,了解在全球競爭激烈的觸控面板產業中,該個案公司如何找到自我定位。最後依據蒐集及訪談的資料進行整理,歸納出本研究的發現,並提出本文的結論與建議,作為該個案公司在觸控面板產業鏈佈局的策略參考依據。
