    Abstract: 面對全球化浪潮的影響下,先進國家不僅逐漸將文化創意產業視爲各國經濟發展的重點。而且,文化產業學術上的討論也由二次世界大戰後大眾文化的評論,轉向爲關心在經濟發展上文化產業的角色,例如藉由文化經濟政策推動都市再生。本研究目的爲發展文化創意產業作爲都市再生政策,挑選德國魯爾工業區爲研究案例。本文探討了文化創意產業與都市再生之間的關係,通過強化都市文化的創造性,發展文化創意產業,有利於提高城市居住環境,改變城市形象的負面影響,使都市發展獲得再生。文化創意產業可以與地方文化特色、風土民情及相關產業妥善連結,以促進都市再生和地方活化,作爲產業發展的主軸,文化創意產業已經是先進各國促進都市再生的重要策略。
    Facing the wave of globalization, advanced countries considered the cultural creative industries as the focal point of economic development one by one. Besides, the academic discussions on cultural industries also shifted from the criticism after WWII on mass culture to concerning the role of cultural industries in the economic development, for example, the promotion of urban regeneration by cultural economic policies. The aim of this study is to develop cultural creative industry as the urban regeneration policies. Ruhr Industrial Area in Germany was selected as study cases. This paper discusses the relation between cultural creative industry and urban regeneration. By strengthening the creative and cultural cities, the development of cultural creative industries, will help improve urban living environment, the city`s image to change the negative impact of urban development to be renewable.
