    摘要: 　　秘魯身為拉丁美洲之一員，為拉美歷史文明發源地之一，在區域整合之角色活躍，無論是在拉美區域內部或是跨區域的整合組織皆然。近十幾年來不但經濟表現優異，，與亞洲經貿交流熱絡，更投身至最新一波簽訂FTA的熱潮，與拉美、亞洲、北美各主要經濟體皆已簽署協議，亦提倡創立太平洋聯盟(Pacific Alliance)。上述現象不但可以觀察出其開放市場的決心，更顯示祕魯於亞太整合當中不但已取得相當之成果。
    　　本文透過理解拉丁美洲區域因素之演進，以及來自國際因素（主要為美國與亞洲）與秘魯國內因素的影響，探討秘魯如何形塑出其於區域整合中之思維邏輯與政策輸出，最終再透過秘魯在區域整合當中的實際作為，推導出秘魯於區域中的角色與定位為何，以及未來採取相關政策之戰略與展望。
