    Title: 台灣醫療雲端產業營運模式個案分析

    Abstract: 醫療雲的營運模式正在蓬勃發展,各大資訊廠商與政府都有醫療雲的定義與發展模式,以商業角度來看如何找到攸關自身企業所適合發展的雲端營運模式將更為重要,雲端科技已被視為全球資訊科技產業最大成長機會。台灣的醫療資訊產業也要思考如何在雲端時代裡,建構一個成功醫療雲的營運模式。
    本研究將以台灣醫療資訊專業廠商為個案,探討其公司如何掌握產業變動的機會,發展醫療雲的營運模式。與公司如何利用雲端科技來創造企業之競爭優勢。利用Osterwalder & Pigneur,(2010)提出「營運模式發展九大區塊」之架構,(1) 顧客區隔(customer segments) (2) 價值主張(value propositions) (3) 遞送通路(channels) (4) 顧客關係(customer relationships) (5) 收益來源(revenue streams) (6) 關鍵資源(key resources) (7) 關鍵活動(key activities) (8) 關鍵伙伴(key partnerships) (9) 成本結構(cost structure)等方向分析個案公司的雲端營運模式,並探討其發展歷程與成功運行的關鍵。
    經探討後可得以下三個結論第一,公司發展醫療雲端產業時,以關鍵的醫療資訊能力結合雲端營運模式以拓展市場,是成功發展醫療雲端服務的關鍵之一。第二,以雲端科技的優勢,以解構高成本的醫療人力運作結構,將提高醫療雲服務的成本與競爭優勢。第三,醫療產業朝向居家檢測與預防保健,醫療服務將越來越普及與方便,企業在規劃醫療雲端營運模式時,提出創新的營運模式,擴大醫療服務使用的族群,並提高醫療可近性。
    The business model of medical cloud is booming. The government and every information technology company have their own definitions of medical cloud and developing pattern. From business perspectives, it is becoming more important for enterprises to find and utilize a suitable business model of cloud computing. Therefore, the technology of cloud computing has been regarded as the largest growing opportunities in the information technology industry of the world.
    Taiwan’s medical information technology industry also needs to consider how to construct a successful business model of medical cloud in the era of cloud computing. This research targets Taiwan medical information technology company as a case study. Exploring how companies can seize the opportunity of industry changes to develop their business model of medical cloud and utilize the technology of cloud computing to create competitive strength.
    Applying Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010)’s nine business model building blocks, which are (1) Customer segments (2) Value propositions (3) Channels (4) Customer relationships (5) Revenue streams (6) Key resources (7) Key activities (8) Key partnerships (9) Cost structure, to analyze the target company’s cloud business model, study its history of developments and the key points for their successful operation.
    Three conclusions were reached after the analysis. First, when the company plans to enter the medical cloud industry, one of the key point to successfully developing medical cloud services is to combine critical medical information ability into cloud business model to expand the market.Secondly, through the advantage of the technology of cloud computing, it enables company to deconstruct costly medical manpower operational structure, hence giving the company competitive advantages on both operational costs and medical cloud services. Third, the medical industry trend is drifting towards home care examination and preventive healthcare, medical services are becoming more popular and convenient. When the company is planning to construct the medical cloud business model, it is more beneficial to propose the innovative business model that allows the company to expand the medical service user group and improve medical accessibility.
