    摘要: 易筋經相傳為公元六世紀之達摩所傳，藏於少林寺中，但其起源時間實際上相當晚。易筋經可分為四種。甲種內容涉及冥想、藥物、按摩、房中術、及體能訓練，其抄本出現的最早可信時間是17世紀下半葉到18世紀上半葉這段時間。乙種內容除了甲種有的內容外，另包含十二道醫療體操，或稱易筋經十二勢，其刻本出現的最早可信時間是19世紀上半葉。丙種則刪除淨化了較早種類的易筋經的大部分內容，僅保留十二道醫療體操，其刻本出現的最早可信時間是19世紀下半葉。在現代，丙種易筋經被中國大陸官方納入國家規劃的中醫藥院校教材內。丁種不依賴文字，和密契經驗與師承有密切相關，最早可信時間是19世紀末、20世紀初。其中的丙種及丁種和第一位發現甲骨文價值的金石學者王懿榮及義和拳的成員有著絲絲縷縷的關係。縱觀易筋經的歷史，易筋經原本是試著調合身與心、縱樂與靈修的實驗指南，但隨著歷史的演進，其內容不斷被淨化。
