    Title: 銀髮族產業營運模式之研究

    Abstract: 台灣已經進入高齡化社會多年,銀髮族市場頗具潛力,逐漸引起各組織或企業的關心。學術界以銀髮族為主題的學術研究繁多,但以銀髮族產業為主題,分析其營運模式之研究卻相當少見,本研究欲填補此空缺,並提供有意進軍銀髮族市場的企業或組織做為參考。
    本研究探討外部環境、營運模式、資源能力與競爭優勢的關係,進而提出結論與建議,挑選台灣銀髮產業中頗具規模及特色的組織當作個案公司,進行個案研究,逐一檢視其營運模式、資源能力與競爭優勢。
    研究結果顯示,外部環境對個案公司的營運模式影響較小,主要作用在提供適合個案公司切入的市場環境。個案公司對目標客戶的選擇會影響後續的價值主張、通路設計、關鍵活動等營運要素,並且從營運模式中培養出特出的資源與能力,成為組織的競爭優勢,競爭優勢帶來較高的獲利,使組織更有能力加強特有資源與能力,形成一個正向循環。另外,本研究挑選的個案公司現階段都致力於提高知名度及市占率,同時發展知識、品牌等無形資產,目的在於防止後進的競爭對手模仿。
