    Title: 技術密集度對海外子公司進入模式的影響
    The Effects of Technology Intensity on Overseas Subsidiary Entry Modes of Taiwan Industry

    Abstract: 本研究以技術密集度高低層次代表技術水準產出狀況,探討我國製造業廠商對外直接投資時,對股權進入模式之影響程度及其扮演角色。研究主題導入社會科學的中介概念,運用經濟部2007年「製造業對外投資實況調查」問卷資料,除分析廠商特性、投資動機等因素與進入模式關係外,假設以廠商技術密集度高低層次作為中介變數,進一步驗證各項因素中透過中介變數,對進入模式選擇的影響程度。本研究所設定的被解釋變數是將進入模式區分為獨資或合資兩種狀況,故利用probit model進行實證分析。本研究發現「投資年資」、「地區鄰近」、「單一投資地區」、「技術密集度高低層次」、「廠商規模」、「低勞工成本誘因」、「母國技術支援」、「高污染產業」及「勞力密集度」等變數,對廠商海外子公司進入模式具顯著水準。再經由社會科學研究方法進行中介效果驗證流程,驗證技術密集度高低層次具有部分中介效果,並與「投資年資」、「單一投資地區」及「高污染產業」之交乘項結果,對股權進入模式的影響具有顯著性水準。
