    摘要: 從1949年12月9日，行政院開始在臺北辦公起，至明（2009）年，政府遷臺即將屆滿六十年。而在這將近一甲子的歲月中，蔣中正從1950年3月1日復行視事至1975年4月5日病逝，前後長達二十五年，一直擔任國家的最高領導者，對於中華民國在臺灣的發展有著不容忽視的重要貢獻，而他的後半生亦與臺灣有不可分割的密切關係。
