Title:	節節敗退的國家機器高唱凱旋：觀察2010年傳媒現象

Abstract:	在去（2010）年傳播業界的各種事件當中，愈來愈重要的網路與影音視頻，所受青睞持續增溫，但最多目光仍然集中在傳統的視聽部門。公廣集團，無線、有線電視與衛星頻道及數位化議題，再至地下電台，以及台灣電影製片業的前程，無不輪番上陣，有些盤據整年，有些定時現身，藕斷絲連。平面傳媒當中的報紙，似乎少見聞問，與此對比，中正大學師生年底聯合推出的《新聞業的危機與重建：全球經驗與台灣省思》，集中探討報紙（及其衍生各種傳播內容的生產）與民主社會的連動關係，彌足珍貴。前書出版未久，適巧另有報紙記者承受（政府）置入行銷折磨許多年以後，不再雌伏而辭職抗議，報紙（與電視）這才又被動地曝光在輿論的探照之下。
