    Abstract: 學校創新經營係指一種能展現教育創意與活力、豐富教育內涵與活動、確保學校生存與發展、促進教育品質與卓越的管理模式。而策略則是在面對學校未來發展所勾勒出來的整體藍圖, SWOT 分析正是常用的分析模式。而近年興起的藍海策略雖為企業管理的範疇,卻也可將之視為學校創新經營策略分析的新典範。本研究希望藉由藍海策略中的四項行動架構協助各校找出自己的特色,開發出新價值曲線,促使學校找到嶄新未開發的市場空間。同時,冀望本研究能成為學校創新經營策略研究之濫觴,引領後續更多創新經營策略的研究。本研究將以台灣「InnoSchool 全國學校經營創新獎」得獎學校為研究母體,主要以文件分析法、問卷調查法、訪談法等方法進行研究。首先,蒐集各創新經營學校文件資料,探究其SWOT 分析以瞭解各校如何運用內部優勢、劣勢及外部的機會和威脅,形成其發展策略之情形。其次,利用問卷調查創新經營學校教職員生對學校創新經營成效之看法,並進行分析。最後,透過訪談分析瞭解其運用藍海策略之情形,以及學校創新經營可能遭遇的問題,盼以客觀角度呈現研究成果,並供未來相關領域之參考。
    School innovative management is a type of management model that does not only harness the school’s academic originality and strength, but also promotes enriched educational ideas and activities, which ensures the schools development and survival, and improves academic quality and excellence. While strategies are the most common overall blueprint for the school’s future development, and S.W.O.T. analysis is the most common tool applied. But in recent years with the introduction of the “Blue Ocean Strategy” as the basis for business administration, this strategy can also be applied in the analysis of an school innovative management model. This study uses the blue ocean strategy’s four action framework as a basis in helping the schools find their own distinguishing feature in the market place and start their own value curve. At the same time, this study would help serve as a guideline in school innovative management research and thus promoting more of such researches in the future. This study uses the Taiwan’s “InnoSchool – a national school innovative management award” recipients as the samples in this study. Document analysis, questionnaire, and interviews were used in gathering the data. First, in order to know the school’s developmental strategies, SWOT analysis was used to determine the schools’ internal strength and weakness together with their external threats and opportunities. Secondly, questionnaires were administered to teachers and academic personnel. Questions regarding their views on school innovative management were asked then analyzed. Lastly, interviewed were used to further analyzed the extent of the used of the blue ocean strategy and together with the problems that arises with it. Results of this study might serve as insights to academic leaders in school managements.
