Abstract:	二十一世紀是知識經濟的時代，迅速的資訊流通和電腦科技的發達，縮短了地球村的時空。自1980 年代開始，學校校長從管理者、教學與課程領導者、演進到教育科技領導者的角色。面對資訊時代的當下，本研究旨在探討校長科技領導的現況及比較各種不同變項的校長在科技領導上的差異、教師科技素養的現況及比較各種不同變項的教師在科技素養上的差異、教師教學效能的現況及比較各種不同變項的教師在教學效能上的差異以及探討校長科技領導、教師科技素養與教師教學效能的線性結構關係模式是否達適配水準。本研究之樣本將來自全省二十三縣市(含北高兩市)小學教育人員參與此研究，本研究之問卷將寄給1500 名教師(預試300 名；正式施測1200 名)，教師們根據自身的知覺，填寫問卷以測量校長和教師本身在各個量表上的知覺。
