Abstract:	藝術授權的經營方式可以分成幾個層面，首先是國際著作權相關法規的保障與限制、其次是交易雙方契約關係的建立，最後是授權商業模式的運作機制設計。在台灣，著作權相關權利逐漸普及，本計畫乃希望透過國外藝術授權相關經營模式之探討與國內成功個案之分析，針對藝術工作者的需要，以深入淺出的方式引介、整理、釐清並推廣「藝術授權」的相關概念，期能建立正確的觀念。一方面希望使藝術工作者得以透過創意之發想、應用與加值，獲得持續創作的支持與動力泉源；另一方面，透過法規、契約規範之探討，亦為國內藝術授權法規不足之處提出建議與補充，希望能夠對於國內藝術環境產生正向影響，為藝術工作者塑造更完善的藝術創作空間。 There are several issues that need to be discussed in the field of art licensing. The basic one will be the establishment of international statutes related to copyrights. The requiring elements of transaction are consistently important to be referred. The enterprise will also be obligated to design a licensing business model of most efficiency. The public in Taiwan knows much more about copyright than before, but few theories or empirical testing about art licensing were mentioned. Therefore, we hope to introduce and promote the concept of 「art licensing」 especially for the domestic artists by investigating foreign art licensing models and by analyzing successful examples in Taiwan. In one purpose is to enable the artists to obtain support and energy from creation, application and promotion of new ideas. In other purpose is to propose our amendments and suggestions of state provisions related to art licensing. Ultimately, we hope to build a positive environment for art creation.
