    Abstract: 隨著新興媒體的發展與全球媒介環境的劇烈變動,傳播學界亟需藉由一手調 查來即時掌握媒體趨勢的快速變化,與閱聽眾多工複雜的媒體使用型態。本計畫 承襲自中央研究院「台灣社會變遷基本調查計畫」,但將每五年進行一次的全國 性調查,縮短為每年一次,並針對當代社會環境之下,傳播媒體所衍生的新興主 題進行探討,創新的主題包括媒介主題素養、網路行為、娛樂傳播、人際風險與 危機及傳播產業。本期計畫將先針對其中三個主題進行調查(包括:主題素養、 網路行為、娛樂傳播)。 同時,本計畫也將從研究方法上進行創新,包括(1)規劃固定樣本,來長 期追蹤傳播媒介對於個人態度與行為的影響,彌補過往橫斷式研究在因果推論上 的缺憾,(2)結合電腦軟體偵測技術及自我報告兩種途徑,來完整呈現閱聽人使 用網路的多元面貌,(3)將受訪者的年齡下修,進一步釐清青少年的娛樂行為與 價值觀之間的關聯。 除了規劃一手調查資料庫,本計畫也同步建置專屬的網站平台(命名為「傳 播產產學知識家」)來整合歷年的一手調查結果、現有傳播相關的二手資源,幫 助使用者隨時追蹤傳播領域的最新發展動態與趨勢。本計畫未來將推廣該平台, 並與其他傳播業者合作,使其成為傳播領域「心佔率第一名」的網路資料庫─傳 播學界與業者獲取傳播相關資訊與知識最重要的知識平台。Database System for Mass Communication The objective of this project is to establish a database system for mass communication, which involves two tasks. The first task is to collect data via face-to-face interviews among people in Taiwan to better depict people’s media use behaviors as well as to explore the important communication issues in Taiwan, including media literary, political communication, health communication, risk communication, entertainment and media, online behaviors, etc. The second task is to maintain/manage a website that facilitates the use of the collected data and features all possible links to important academic and industry resources.
