    Abstract: 在電視亂象中，政論性談話性節目的煽動與偏頗可能是最常被批評的對象之一。而在主 要電視節目類型中，除了新聞節目外，與政治最相關的節目也非政論性談話節目莫屬。 可惜的是過去研究針對政論性談話節目的探討仍屬有限，而這些少數研究主要鎖定談話 性節目的主題類型或來賓身份作探討（彭芸，2001；盛治仁，2005）或分析閱聽眾的人 口或政黨背景（盛治仁，2005）。本研究計畫希望從更多元角度來系統性地探討政論性 談話節目的內涵、收視與其可能影響。第一部分將分析政論性談話節目的政黨偏頗與主 題框架。一般認為政論性節目通常難以跳脫黨派意識型態的影響，因此我們希望探討政 論性談話節目的黨派色彩與意識型態；此外，我們也想要知道政論性節目是否會偏好特 定的主題框架。第二部分將從使用動機的角度來瞭解一般人收看與叩應政論性談話性節 目的主要目的為何；我們認為收看政論性談話節目可能有三個重要動機：「增加知識」、 「尋求認同」與「消遣娛樂」；而叩應政論性談話節目可能有兩個重要動機：「政治參與」 以及「認同捍衛」。同時我們推論，當收視談話性節目動機不同時，會選擇不同取向的 談話性節目。第三部分將針對談話型節目的收視影響作研究，主要探討三個子題：（一） 收視節目類型是否會影響到閱聽眾所接收到的議題知識之偏頗性；（二）議題主題框架 是否會影響閱聽眾對事件的責任歸因或對政府評價產生預示效果；與（三）閱聽眾收視 動機是否會造成選擇性的資訊處理或對節目內容記憶的偏差。整體性地探討談話性節目 的內容、閱聽眾的收視動機，及其可能影響，將幫助我們釐清談話性節目在民主政治社 會中所扮演的角色，與其可能產生的負面危機或正面效益。
