    Abstract: 本校務發展研究的主要目的在瞭解教師(含研究人員)、職員工、碩博士班及大學部學生的快樂感受、幸福感、身心健康困擾或問題、生活型態(含睡眠、飲食與運動)、壓力調適、社會支持網絡等的現況與其影響的因素,同時亦收集教職員工生對身心健康服務的需求與對目前服務的評價,以及對於『健康快樂幸福』的大學校園及職場的看法或期待。另外亦併入身心健康中心有關本校教職員工生的身心健康客觀數據、服務資料與政策法規,以及中心業務執行現況、限制或困境。本調查研究透過網路問卷及紙本問卷總計回收有效樣本為3698人,約占全校總人數的兩成多,含蓋所有系所單位數的八成五。受試中,女性多於男性,並以職員工問卷的回收率最高(達四成),碩士班學生的回收率相對最低。另外,訪談了21位職員工、17位碩博士班學生、62位大學部學生。最後彙整本研究各項結論,依據國內外相關文獻、著名大學實施經驗,提出相關政策及服務的建議,以作為校方未來規劃「政治大學身心健康白皮書」之具體參考。
    The goals of this research project on NCCU University Affairs Development were to (1) collect the self-report of the full-time teaching staff, research fellows, employees, graduates, and undergraduates on the subjects of happiness, subjective well-being (SWB), physical and psychological distress, lifestyle (including the quality of sleep, diet and exercise), stressor(s) and coping strategies, experiences of seeking help, social support network, etc., (2) assess the needs for and satisfaction with physical and mental health services of the faculty members, employees and students, (3)collect the opinions on “Health, Happiness and Well-being” of NCCU, (4) analyze the objective indicators (as results of health examinations) and the documents of Physical and Mental Health Center. Questionnaires, internet survey, and interviews were used to collect data. 3698 valid subjects of the survey came from 85% of all academics and administration departments . In addition, there are 21 employees, 17 graduates and 62 undergraduates to be interviewed. Based on the results, some recommendations of the policies and services were proposed for“NCCU White Paper on Physical and Mental Well-being”.
