    Abstract: （一）評估資料交換模式：1.由於便捷貿易單一窗口與總局互為異質資訊作業平台，採用彈性、具鬆散耦合且符合國際標準規範之資料交換模式可增加系統彈性及方便日後修改、維護。2.目前總局與下轄各級單位在檢疫申辦之辦理訊息及結果之資料交換上各採不同交換方式，未來若能統一採用彈性且符合國際標準規範之資料交換模式，預期可以簡化資訊架構，提昇作業效率。（二）評估系統改版及國際訊息合作機制：1.檢疫訊息及電子檢疫証明書改版勢必衝擊現有檢疫申辦系統之程式及資料結構，因此完善的評估計畫預期可以讓後續系統改版的工程較為順利，將衝擊降至最低。2.我國貿易夥伴國透過網站至貴局進行電子檢疫証明書單向查詢及XML檔案下載運用，可視為電子訊息交換的第一步，未來希望透過官方諮商，以進行雙向資料交換，提昇檢疫作業品質。
    The purposes of this project are:1.To study the data exchange model between the portal of e-trade and BAPHIQ.2.To study the unified data exchange model between BAPHIQ and its subordinate units.3.To study the scheme about the revision of BAPHIQ information systems.4.To study the scheme of BAPHIQ web site that allow other countries can access the certificates of health inspection of BAPHIQ.
