    Abstract: 面對複雜多變的競爭環境與日新月異的科技發展，組織需要整合更多元的專業知 識、技能與經驗，以及更快速地回應環境的變化，也因此更仰賴團隊的有效運作。團隊 的有效運作，一方面需透過內部活動或內部歷程維繫團隊的邊界，以形成及強化其群體 規範，並促成團隊內部的密切互動，充分整合成員知能及有效運用資源，提升群體決策 品質及達成團隊任務。另方面，團隊亦須以外部活動管理團隊與外部的關係，以爭取更 多的有形、無形資源，掌握及時的資訊，與各方協調配合，以利於團隊效能之發揮。 鑑於國內外之團隊研究多著重於內部歷程之探討，對於外部活動之實證研究卻相對 地少。為能釐清與比較內部歷程與外部活動對團隊績效之個別影響，以提供團隊具體之 建議，實有必要深入瞭解外部活動、內部歷程與團隊績效之關係。因此，本研究擬探究 外部活動對團隊績效之影響，並同時考量內部歷程之影響，以比較兩種團隊活動(外部 活動與內部歷程)對團隊績效造成之結果。 其次，實證研究多個別分析外部活動與內部歷程之影響，有關兩者之關係為競爭或 強化，則少有研究提及。而外部活動與內部歷程間之競爭或強化關係是否會對團隊績效 造成不同影響，有別於個別之影響，亦為本研究所欲探究之問題。最後，外部活動之成 效亦為本研究所欲探討之議題。本研究擬探究環境特性、任務特性與團隊特性對外部活 動與團隊績效關係之干擾效果，以提供管理建議予團隊管理者，在何種情境之下，應適 當地提高外部活動之執行，以做為團隊進行策略選擇之依據，並將團隊有限資源做有效 率之運用。
