The present project is intended to collect a comprehensive list of books about the theme of “human resource management” (HRM) for next three years. This project provides the platform that the scholars or researchers could conveniently and fastly use. Through this project, the National Chengchi University (NCCU) library can multiply their book collections. It should be noted that the uses of multiple study approaches, different levels of analysis and various theoretical perspectives from a number of theories in behavioral disciplines such as psychology and sociology, make the research in HRM and organizational behavior (OB) a bit difficult. However, these characteristics also lead to the possibility of excellent research for international audience. With an augment of book collection related to HRM, NCCU will pass on the outstanding traditions of humanities and social science, and strive for more interdisciplinary research and dialogues between local and international research communities.
