Abstract: | 全球化發展趨勢下,廠商必須尋找自身利基以因應全球市場的挑戰,為兼顧合作與競爭需求,在外部環境上,廠商藉由產業群聚獲得外部經濟效益,在廠商自身努力上,則藉由網絡聯結跨越地理空間限制,尋求合作夥伴以促進創新產出,創新的研究途徑可由廠商本身屬性、產業群聚或網絡連結角度進行討論,產業群聚具有降低廠商交易成本、達成資源共享及促進廠商學習,對創新績效具有正面影響;網絡則是行動者跨越空間限制所形成的連結,藉由網絡進行資訊交換及相互學習,以激發創新的產出,影響網絡連結的因素除產業群聚外,信任建立亦是重要的關鍵,廠商間資訊共享目標的達成,與夥伴間高度的信任與承諾有關,網絡成員互動過程中,成員所擁有的非正式關係可降低雙方的搜尋成本,增加彼此的信任感,網絡內信任程度越高,知識分享的態度也越積極正面,有助於資訊及技術的交流以促進創新發生。本研究以社會學及地理學的角度切入,以台灣製造業廠商為研究對象,分析產業群聚與信任建立對廠商網絡連結的影響,並探討其與創新績效產出的關連性,研究內容主要分為信任建立、產業群聚、網絡連結三大部份,依研究需要提出三年計畫加以執行。第一年計畫係以全國製造業廠商為研究對象,透過問卷調查的進行,以結構方程式建立實證模型,建立信任、網絡、產業群聚及創新績效的路徑關係圖並分析四者的關係;第二年計畫則分析產業別及網絡型態差異下,其信任建立、產業群聚及創新績效三者的關係,進一步討論產業別及網絡型態差異所帶來的影響;第三年計畫則依據前二年研究成果,建立網絡、產業群聚、信任建立及創新績效之關係模式,歸納出各模型間具有的共通原則,形成共通的準則或規範,就促進廠商信任建立及網絡連結等提出相關建議 Under the trend of the global development, enterprises have to look for their own niches in response to the challenge from the global market. Giving the consideration to cooperation and competitive demands , in terms of the external environment, enterprises acquire external economic benefits via industrial clusters; in terms of enterprises’ own efforts, enterprises leap over geographical spatial limits by linkages of networks, seeking for partnership to encourage innovative outputs. The research approach on innovation can carry on the discussion from the angles of enterprise’ own properties, industrial clusters or linkages of networks. Industrial clusters have positive effects on the innovation performance with lowering the transaction costs between enterprises, achieving resource-sharing and advancing enterprises’ learning. The network is the linkage formed by action doers breaking spatial limits, exchanging information and mutual learning via networks in order to stir innovation outputs. Factors which affect the linkage of networks include, in addition to industrial clusters, trust-building as an important key. The target of information-sharing between enterprises achieved is in connection with strong trusts and commitments between partners. During the interactive process network members involved, the unofficial relationship that members are in can decrease searching costs for both sides and then increase the mutual sense of trust. The higher level of trust within the network, the more positive attitude of knowledge sharing, which contributes to the exchanges of information and technology for encouraging innovation taking place. This plan with the perspective of sociology and geography, taking Taiwanese manufacturing enterprises as research objects, analyzed the influence of industrial clusters and trust building on linkages of networks between enterprises and probe into its connection with the output of innovation performance. The content of the plan can be separated into the major parts: trust building, industrial clusters and linkages of networks; the three-year program based on the needs of research is proposed for further implementation. The program in Year 1 is to regard manufacturing enterprises nationwide as research objects, establishing the empirical model with structure equation models(SEM) via survey in questionnaire in order to build the path diagram for trust, networks, industrial clusters and innovation performance and to analyze the relation among four. The program in Year 2 plans to analyze the relation among trust building, industrial clusters and innovation performance under the differentiations of industrial categories and types of the network, further discussing the influences coming with those differentiations. The program in Year 3 is, in accordance with the results from the previous two-year research, to establish the relation schema among networks, industrial clusters, trust building and trust performance, concluding general principles which exist among models, forming common principles or standards and then to raise related suggestions about how to encourage enterprise’s trust building and how to do linkages of networks |
