    摘要: I had taken many classes at NCCU and learned a lot of knowledge, skills and insights from professors and classmates. I truly appreciate with their lectures, discussions, helps and behavior. I became having an interest to start own business in future. Then I decided to write own future business idea as my dream.

    I have worked at Fiber Company approximately 20 years. I was in charge of Japan Domestic market approximately 10 years, and I moved Export Section. In 2008 November I came to Taiwan as sales manager of products. I love to generate innovative fabrics and clothes. I believe textile business is my Mandate of Heaven.

    The business plan concerns a business endeavor of retailer Men’s Shirts and Underwear Company in Asia. The business plan begins the brief summary of plan and company strategy. The plan then provides nine business models which describe details of value proposition, target customers and so on. And then this paper includes talent management and management team.
