    Abstract: 由於資料的限制,國內有關於專上畢業生就業搜尋的相關研究中,很少直接針對工作更換行為及其對薪資與學用配合度的影響等議題加以探討。為彌補上述缺失,本研究利用高希均與林祖嘉(1997)的調查資料,對工作更換及薪資變化的交互影響加以探討。本研究利用Two-stage switching regression model及Ordered probit model,先對工作更換次數的機率加以估計,然後再進一步利用所求導之Heckerman lambda估計值,及其他重要變數,來估計專上畢業生的工資函數。我們的主要發現包括:第一,薪資差異與學用配合度的確對於專上畢業生是否轉換工作有顯著影響。第二,學用配合度對於薪資有顯著影響,且更換工作次數愈多則該影響效果愈大。第三,Heckerman lambda估計係數值在所有薪資迴歸式中都顯著,表示工作轉換的確會明顯影響到薪資高低。
