    Title: 臺北市優質學校知識管理指標建構之研究

    Abstract: 本研究首先探討優質學校與知識管理之內涵;其次,發展建構一套「優質學校知識管理指標」,內涵包括:1.活化學校知識管理部門或組織;2.培訓學校成員具備知識管理素養;3.建置利於知識管理的校園環境;4.建立學校知識庫及分享應用平台;5.建立知識轉化與創新的機制;6.整合或連結校內外發展知識管理能力等六層面,共30 項指標;先以98 位臺北市國民中小學學校行政人員(包括校長、主任、組長)為研究對象,進行決斷值分析、探索性因素分析及信度分析考驗,以選取並編製「優質學校知識管理指標」,再另以135 位臺北市國民中小學學校行政人員為研究對象,進行驗證性因素分析,發現本研究建構之指標在整體適配度、比較適配度、精簡適配度、基本適配度及內在適配度皆良好,代表優質學校知識管理指標的建構效度佳,適合作為經營優質學校及建立我國國民中小學優質學校知識管理指標之參考。

    Abstract
    The main purpose of this study was to investigate quality school and knowledge management and construct knowledge management
    indicators in quality school which consisted of six dimensions:1.activating the departments or the organizations of school knowledge management, 2.training school members to have the accomplishment of
    knowledge management, 3.establishing the school environment which can benefit knowledge management, 4.establishing the knowledge database and the platform which can share and apply, 5.establishing the
    mechanism of knowledge transformation and innovation, and 6.integrating or linking the ability of developing knowledge management inside and outside schools. The study used 135 school administrative personnel of elementary and middle schools in Taipei
    city (concluding principals, directors, and group leaders) as study samples. Acquired data was analyzed by statistical methods and the main findings were found as follows: 1. The result of critical ratio analysis was good. 2. The result of reliability analysis was good. 3.The inventory had good suitability and fitness of the dimensions and items. Thus, the knowledge management indicators in quality school constructed by this study were good checklists for the management ofquality school and also could serve as the references of establishing the
    knowledge management indicators in elementary and middle schools.
