    Title: 臺北市優質學校績效管理指標建構之研究

    Abstract: 本研究首先探討優質學校與績效管理之內涵;其次,發展建構一套「優質學校績效管理指標」,內涵包括:1.訂定近、中、長程學校績效表現參照指標;2.規劃績效管理程序訂定相關管理辦法;3.建立績效管理制度落實績效管理執行;4.強化會議功能評估績效管理機制;5.善用激勵策略,有效提升行政效能的作法或方式;6.運用績效管理策略達到學校教育目標等六層面,共33 項指標;先以98 位臺北市國民中小學學校行政人員(包括校長、主任、組長)為研究對象,進行決斷值分析、探索性因素分析及信度分析考驗,以選取並編製「優質學校績效管理指標」,再另以135 位臺北市國民中小學學校行政人員為研究對象,進行驗證性因素分析,發現本研究建構之指標在整體適配度、比較適配度、精簡適配度、基本適配度及內在適配度皆良好,表示指標的建構效度佳,適合作為經營優質學校及建立我國國民中小學優質學校績效管理指標之參考。

    Description: The study of constructing performance managementindicators for quality school in Taipei city
    The main purpose of this study was to investigate quality school and performance management and construct performance management indicators in quality school which consisted of six dimensions:
    1.concluding school performance referenced indicators, 2.planning the process of performance management and concluding the related management method, 3.establishing the system of performance management and carrying out the performance management execution,4.strengthening the function of conferences and evaluating the mechanism
    of performance management, 5.making good use of the encouraging strategies to promote the effectiveness of administration, and 6.using the strategies of performance management to achieve the educational goals of schools. The study used 135 school administrative personnel of elementary and middle schools in Taipei city (concluding principals, directors, and group leaders) as study samples. Acquired data was analyzed by statistical methods and the main findings were found as follows: 1. The result of
    critical ratio analysis was good. 2. The result of reliability analysis was good. 3. The inventory had good suitability and fitness of the dimensions and items. Thus, the performance management indicators in quality school constructed by this study were good checklists for the management of
    quality school and also could serve as the references of establishing the performance management indicators in elementary and middle schools.
