Title:	優質學校品質管理指標與績效管理指標

Abstract:	本研究從臺北市優質學校行政管理四大指標中的「品質管理指標」與「績效管理指標」之內涵進行分析討論，以135 位臺北市國民中小學學校行政人員（包括校長、主任、組長）為研究對象，抽取9 所國中及17 所國小，分別針對「品質管理指標」、「績效管理指標」進行驗證性因素分析，擬定測量指標之推力與拉力間的假設關係，驗證優質學校行政管理的品質管理指標與績效管理指標互動模式之適配度與影響力。研究結果發現，本研究模式各項適配度指標均良好，前因變項（品質管理指標）對後果變項（績效管理指標）具有顯著的影響力。最後，根據研究結果，提出結論與建議，提供教育行政、學校行政及未來研究之參考。
