    Abstract: 教學領導與轉型領導是近十年來學校主要所呈現的領導型態，教學領導興起於八0 年代的「有效能學校運動」，主張校長才是教育專業的主要來源，此時期校長扮演的角 色是學校的專業權威，其所採取的領導方式偏重由上而下的「視導」或「督導」。然而， 教學領導的層級取向與民主式、參與式的學校組織產生了衝突，此時正是八0 年代末期 「學校重建運動」如火如荼展開的時期，主張重新改造學校的組織與管理方式，授權教 師成為專業教學者，校長與教師及其他組織成員應該共同決定學校的管理，藉以根本改 變學校的傳統運作方式，來大幅提升學校教育的品質和績效。而為了達成學校重建的目 標，教育學者鼓吹採用轉型領導。轉型領導者的任務在於提升參與者對組織的承諾，以 及鼓勵成員發揮最大潛能，並且轉化個人利益為組織的最大利益。 綜上所述，教學領導強調由上而下與轉型領導強調由下而上的觀點是互補的概念， 故本研究所提出之融合模式便是奠基於教學領導與轉型領導兩種模式的整合，將轉型領 導分為內部因素與外部因素兩個層面，教學領導則分成治理結構與工作結構兩個層面， 並藉由學業成就、工作滿意度與學校效能整體知覺等概念進一步探討此融合模式與學校 表現之間的關係。
