Abstract:	本研究之主要目的將設定在利用線性結構關係模式（LISREL），分析校長轉型領導、學校組織氣候、與教師組織承諾間的關係。研究架構上，係以校長轉型領導為獨立變項、學校組織氣候為中介變項，教師組織承諾為依變項，探討三者之間是否具有因果關係。本研究之主要工具有三，其中包括（1）校長轉型領導量表：以測量教師所知覺的校長轉型領導。（2）組織健康量表：以測量學校組織氣候。（3）組織承諾量表：以測量教師對學校的組織承諾。研究對像係以台灣地區公立國民中學教師為對象，採分層隨機取樣方式，首先以地區作為分層的標準，將台灣地區分為直轄市、北部、中部、南部、東部等五個地區。其次，再以隨機取樣方式，抽取60 所國民中學為樣本學校。最後，按照學校規模，12 班以下抽10 位教師，13-49 班抽15 位，50 班以上抽20 位作為施測對象。
