    摘要: 本研究乃在推估健保IC卡實施後，對投保單位、保險對象所能減少之人事費、業務費、時間成本、交通成本等費用，並推估健保IC卡實施對投保單位及保險對象所增加之照片、IC卡遺失成本收取費等，並以兩者之淨額作為健保IC卡實施對兩者依從成本（Compliance Cost）之影響，以供中央健保局對外說明之用。 This proposal aims to estimate the reducing fees of personnel affairs, business activities, the cost of time and traffic, and the increasing fees of photographs and the handling fees of lost or damaged NHI IC cards of the beneficiaries and the group insurance applicants of NHI IC card implementation. The net amount of the cost of the beneficiaries and the group insurance applicants may influence their compliance cost. It can provide BNHI with explanation and promotion to the public.
