    摘要: 本研究擬根據行政院主計處家庭收支調查資料結合中央健保局最近一年被保險對象承保及醫療使用等項資料，建立包含37000保險對象約8000個代表性樣本家戶之電子資料檔，據以評估不同財務調整方案組合（含費率調整、費基擴大、部分負擔修正與給付範圍調整）對保險對象家庭財務負擔的影響。This study aims to investigate the impact of possible financial readjustment proposals on the distribution of fiscal burden among NHI insured families with a representative sample of 8000 households including 37000 insured persons. The sample combines two sets of data: (1) household characteristics obtained from Household Income and Expenditure Survey conducted by the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Executive Yuan; (2) the insured and their dependents?? premiums and medical utilization provided by the Bureau of National Health Insurance. Various combination sets of financial readjustment proposals ranging from raising premium rate, enlarging premium base, improving copayment scheme and revising benefit coverage will be considered.
