Abstract:	本書係鑒於律師民事責任制度乃法治國司法制度之重要基礎，而就此一重要制度，在我國卻長期遭受忽視，其與法治先進國家之發展情形，有明顯之差距，自有迎頭趕上之必要。本書乃將律師民事責任制度之重要內容作體系化分析，試圖爲我國律師民事責任制度在現有法制基礎上建構一可行之機制，俾供學界參考。
