Title:	九年一貫社會領域教科書審查基準之研究

Abstract:	九年一貫教科書之審查爭議以社會領域最多，其審查基準研究之建立有其迫切需要，本研究以兼重理論的適切性與審查實務的實用性之原則建立之審查基準，可作為教科書編輯之引導及教科書審查之規範，以有效的提升教科書品質。本研究以社會領域為研究範圍，研究目的分述包含：一、瞭解美、日、中等國家教科書審查制度與基準；二、探討教科書審查基準的建立原則、程序、策略、內涵分類，以及權重；三、探求九年一貫課程綱要委員、教科書編輯人員、審查委員共識，建立適切且具實用性的社會領域教科書審查基準。四、作為其他領域審查基準建立之參考，並為未來建立教科書審查爭議處理機制之基礎。本研究以德懷術分析課程綱要委員、編輯人員、審查委員之意見，共同研定審查基準，並透過焦點團體座談，凝聚共識，所訂定之審查基準將具有高度的規範性與實用性。
